Julian Cividanes is an actor/writer/filmmaker with a BFA in Drama from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. He recently starred in the original play The Infidels, and his next project upon returning to New York will be starring in the experimental rom-com feature film Cat Video.

Jacob Chandler is a rising senior at Saint John’s College Santa Fe campus. He plans to earn an associate's degree in Media Production after earning his bachelor's degree from St. Johns.
Nathan is a rising junior at Archbishop Spalding High School and enjoys writing, drawing, and filmmaking. He is a published author and writes for his local magazine.
James didn't go to film school. But from age 19, James concentrated his efforts on documentary filmmaking to develop an award-winning career and a reputation for bold, cinematic storytelling. He is personally invested in creating character-driven films that take on complex and systemic issues and is known for his ability to gain unique access to difficult spaces. In 2017 James voluntarily entered into solitary confinement for 30 days and broadcast his time inside. The project was nominated for a Webby Award in 2018. He is currently directing and developing projects for TV and film and was just nominated for his first Emmy for a VICE episode about how Mexican drug lords recruit young children.
Olivia Rose is an illustrator, filmmaker, and aspiring musician. She works as an assistant stage manager at the Annapolis Summer Garden Theater and was delighted to work as the First Assistant Director on this project.
Jackie Mednick is a Producer, Animator, and Composer from Annapolis Maryland. She is heading to Parsons School of Design this fall and plans on majoring in Design and Technology with a Minor in Film. They enjoy discussing music and films with others and are excited to bring her creativity to New York City.
Juda Goldstein is a Director/Producer and a Visual Effects Artist from Arnold, Maryland. His latest film was officially selected at the All-American High School Film Festival for screening at the AMC Empire 25 theater in New York. He also runs the production company, Premiere Studios.

Bobby Lam is a cinematographer based in Los Angeles, CA. He recently shot Who Are You People, Disney Channel's Under Wraps and Under Wraps 2, and the 2017 feature A Crooked Somebody. A member of IATSE Local 600, his body of work spans over two decades across feature films, documentaries, commercials music videos, and streaming TV. Bobby has had the pleasure of working with Oscar-Nominated filmmakers Tim and Trevor White in addition to acting heavyweights Ed Harris, Golden Globe-Winning Joanne Froggat, and many others. Bobby was humbled to be a participant in the 2nd round of Unreal's Virtual Production Fellowship in 2020.
Justin Shirey (Writer, DIT, Music Supervisor) has been in Filmsters for 4 years and has learned and created a lot from the experience. He plans to pursue film in college for writing and music composition, with the goal of sharing ideas with others by bringing them to life on the screen.

Seth, a First Assistant Camera (AC), is based in Baltimore and is a 2019 graduate of Towson University. He works professionally as a 1st AC with credits appearing on the feature film, Last Night at Terrace Lanes, and productions such as HBO's Eyes on the Prize, The Real Housewives of the Potomac (Season 7), and the new television pilot Three Blind Mice, currently in Post Production.
Tricia is a native Annapolitan with expertise in Directing, Producing, and Assistant Directing. She's directed two episodes of Half Life, a half-hour comedy shown on NYCLife and WhoHaha. Her short Sucker, who a Block Island FF Lighthouse Award and National Board of Review Student Film Award. She has produced/Assistant Directed on many shorts and branded content including Assistant Directing for Stevie Van Zandt. In Television Production, Love Life seasons 1&2 as a Showrunner's Assistant, and The Bte (CBS/Spectrum), The Outsider (HBO), and The Affair season 5 (Showtime).
Will Fritz is a recent graduate from the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) where he earned his B.F.A in Dramatic Writing and a minor in Film and Television. This past year Will has been both a finalist in the 2023 Annapolis Film Festival short film pitch competition as well as the Coca-Cola Refreshing Films Program, the latter of which saw him write, co-direct, and oversee all phases of production for a 50-second commercial for Coca-Cola.
Vera J. Katz is a Professor Emerita from Howard University in the Department of Theatre Arts where she taught both acting and directing for 32 years. She has directed over a hundred productions, originally working under the famed playwright-director-author, Moss Hart, on Broadway. She has taught such notables as Debbie Allen, Anthony Anderson, Chadwick Boseman, and many others. She has completed the work on her book, A Katz's Walk, which focuses on the technique of acting and directing which is geared towards beginning and experienced actors, and teachers of acting; especially those of diverse ethnicity. She also teaches privately.
Tony began his lengthy young career in Los Angeles working in the Set Lighting department at the age of 17. Since then he has worked his way up the film crew ranks starting off as a Set Lighting tech to working as an Assistant Chief Lighting Technician. With such a vast amount of experience, Tony has worked on various hip-hop music videos, commercials, feature films, and TV series with industry acclaimed Set Lighting crews. Currently, he is an active member of the Hollywood, California I.A.T.S.E Local 728 and is employed as a Studio Electrical Set Lighting Technician Journeyman. Credits include The Good Neighbor, Homecoming (Season 1), 9-1-1 (Season 1), Winning Time (Season 1), Snow Fall (Seasons 5&6), Reasonable Doubt (II), Emancipation, The Fablemans, Yellowstone 1923, and The Idol.
Johnny Gregory is a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in Film and Television. He works as a set electric and board operator on TV shows, commercials, and theatrical shows in Savannah Georgia.
Payton is a New York-based filmmaker on track to become a union assistant director. In 2020 she graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. in Film and Video Production and since then has worked on film sets across New York City. She is also writing her first feature film script, which she hopes to shoot in Annapolis.
Kenny's first love was editing. He began editing stop motion videos at the age of 11 and moved on to short films in high school. He attended Full Sail University and earned several editing credits. After graduating he became the Director of Photography and Lead Editor of Digital Feast. There he would shoot and edit hundreds of commercials and live events. He is proficient in Davinci Resolve, AVID Media Composer, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
With over nine years of experience as a professional soundman, Zach Trees owns the company 15Four. His work ranges from production sound mixer on commercial productions, films, and television shows and series. Some of the work he is known for includes: Roulette (2012), The Haunting of Pearson Place (2015), Love Dot Com: The Social Experiment (2019), and FILMSTERS production Don't Hold Your Breath (2022) screening at festivals nationwide. He is currently working with Filmsters on a new feature documentary titled Learning to Fly. He teaches at Towson University and lives in Baltimore, MD.
Lauren is a local makeup artist from Annapolis, MD, and has been working in the makeup and film industry for nearly 10 years. her work ranges from commercials and broadcasts to feature films and documentaries. She attended FX University and Cinema Makeup School where she trained under winners of SyFy's hit TV show Face Off and some of the industry's top leading professionals. She specializes in beauty and special effects makeup, creating customized prosthetics for characters, and has won multiple awards for her creations.
Brenda spent her career creating impactful, memorable events for high profile clients, before she retired to Annapolis. She produced special events, galas, TV Shows, film premieres, performances, and fundraisers for performing and visual arts groups in Washington, DC, New York, San Francisco, and internationally. In addition to event planning, Brenda learned to sew at a young age and used that skill to create imaginative and fun costumes for her children, and their friends. She also worked with the local schools' theater departments by assisting with props and costumes for their various productions.
Julie has been involved in costuming for theater production for the last 30 years in the Annapolis area. She has also taught sewing lessons to students of all ages. She has spent the last several years teaching Family and Consumer Science at the Magothy River Middle School.
Sienna is a third year at Drexel University studying Film & Television. Many of the films she has worked on in and out of the Drexel program have been shown in film festivals and shared across platforms. Her favorite part of filmmaking and where her strongest skills lie is the lighting and camera department.
Wes has been a part of Filmsters since 2010,l starting as a beginner and working his way up through the ranks, where he ultimately found and Design, and now works as a freelance in the NYC Metropolitan area as a director, writer, editor, and grip/electrician.

Joining the army right out of high school at 18 years old, Joshua Kruger enlisted as a 25V Combat Documentation/Production Specialist. He did his basic training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina and his Advanced individual trainig at Fort Meade, Maryland where he spent the next five years photographing and filming training exercises and deployment operations. His first deployment was to Pakistan for four months in support of a Humanitarian Aid relief mission when they were struck by a flood in 2010. Later he deployed to Afghanistan for 10 months supporting Special Forces operations by providing imagry and documentation for their missions. After he left the Army in 2014, he went back to school at Anne Arundel Community College for an associate's degree in graphic design where he graduated cum laude.
Patti White is an award-winning documentary filmmaker and television producer. White is the Co-Founder and Principal at Filmsters. She is also the Co-Founder and Festival Director with Anderson, of the Annapolis Film Festival, now in its 11th year.
A television producer and filmmaker for three decades, K. Lee Anderson began her career first as a commercial producer, then as a news producer for both ABC and CBS broadcasts in Maryland. In 2002, Anderson created and co-founded Filmsters. In 2012-2013, she co-founded the Annapolis Film Festival with her producing partner, Patti White where she still serves as one of two Festival Directors and is currently an Emeritus Member of the Board of Directors.
